At Oundle Tutors we have been working hard to mitigate the impact the loss of structured learning has had on our students. All our tutees are being taught remotely using Zoom, Facetime and Skype. This is working well and we are confident we can support new students in this way.

In addition we would like to offer a free “surgery” for Oundle based students and parents who need help with work set by their teachers. This, initially, is just for Maths (Years 9-13) and English (Years 7-11). We will offer 15 minute slots that people can book through the contact page on our web site. Slots will be available between 4-6 on Mondays and Wednesdays from the 20th April. These are not tutorials, so we will not prepare work for them, we will simply respond to any questions from students, or parents who are teaching students.

In order to take part you will need to have Zoom downloaded on a mobile device or computer and a photograph or file of the work you need help on. In 15 minutes we won’t be able to teach you whole topics but we may be able to help you make sense of what’s in front of you. It’s very experimental but we thought every little helps. Please follow the link to book a slot.

If you don't have access to Zoom we may be able to help anyway, it just may be a bit trickier
