Special Educational Needs

We are delighted to welcome a new tutor to the team. Alison is an experienced assessor and teacher of students with Dyslexia and Dyscalculia. Alison began her career as a Maths teacher,  teaching all years from Year 3 to Year 13. Through her career she became increasingly interested in blocks to development and, as a result,  has chosen to specialise in dyslexia and dyscalculia. Her final 10 years, before retirement, were spent heading the Educational Support unit at Peterborough School and, then, Oundle School. Alison's involvement in the OT team will facilitate the identification of learning needs across all our students.
